AH!!SHACK SHACK SHACK! & i can barely move now...went to attend full body prostration over at ABC ytd. start at 10.30pm and ended at 6.30am today. 4 session in total and with short breaks in between. 1st session wasn't really that tough. but after that the 2nd and 3rd session was like hell! hahaa.. got to overcome all the body aching and was struggling to keep myself awake! however it's a meaningful event and the sense of satisfaction was WOWW! HAHAHAAA =) Went to bed immediately after i got home. gtg attend jianhong bbq over at eastcoast later on in the evening! WILL UPDATE U GUYS ABOUT THE BBQ AGAIN TONIGHT! =) CYA! *winks*
